For home visit and shopping tour, travel and fuel costs payable according to time and distance for travel from Leicester, no fuel costs payable within 5 miles radius.
Payments can be made via the website portal or direct bank transfer.
A consent form is encouraged to be completed prior to receiving the service.

Service costs are in line with the BDA Freelance Dietitian Specialist Group's recommended pricing structure.

Ideally, a 48 hours notice is recommended to cancel a booked appointment. Cancellation can be made via telephone/text message/email.
50% of the service payment is payable if cancelled without giving at least 24 hours prior notice. This is to cover the cost of time allocated for a particular service and/or any resources that may be prepared in advance for such service.
